We know you, our readers, look to us for in-depth coverage and insight into the world of outsourcing so you can make intelligent, informed business decisions in a constantly changing world. We've listened to your feedback about what you want to see in the Journal, and this issue represents our new mid-month format.

Because you're busy with lots to read, we've divided Journal content into two groups: longer, analytic pieces in the "Center Focus" section; and shorter articles that you can literally read in five minutes or less in the "Baseline" section.

Each issue will zero in on a specific segment of outsourcing. This month we focused on the manufacturing industry. Next month we'll feature financial services.

Please let us know what you think of the new format and types of content. Please email all your comments (positive and negative!) to me at brosenthal@outsourcingcenter.com.
